Ordered 4 wooden animals; there was no option to choose the types. One animal arrived without an ear, and it wasn’t even in the box to glue back on. Sending it back for a claim isn’t worth it financially or time-wise. They probably rely on that when they send a defective piece. The kids were sad about the sheep without an ear, so I’m rating negatively.
