Just bend the metal disc inside and crystallization will occur within a few seconds. The warmer starts to emit heat of approximately 50–60 °C – ideal for quickly warming your hands in winter.
After cooling, simply restore the warmer: put it into hot water and boil for 5–10 minutes until the contents return to gel form. Heat generation is based on safe salt crystallization (sodium acetate).
