The Orion 2-in-1 manual knife sharpener is a compact helper for every kitchen. It offers two consecutive edge-care stages: coarse sharpening to restore a dull blade and fine honing for a smoother result. The flexible V-shaped carbide blades adapt to the blade and support even sharpening.
