The SUNSUN HW404B external filter is designed for stable, long-term clean water even in larger tanks. The spacious 19-liter body uses a combination of mechanical, biological and optionally chemical filtration. The prefilter traps larger debris, helping extend the life of the other media and simplifying routine maintenance.

The filter also includes a 9 W UV-C sterilizer, which irradiates the flowing water and helps limit the growth of algae and harmful microorganisms. For easy installation, it features 360° rotating hose connectors, a multifunction valve with quick connector, and a manual pump for quick priming at first start-up. Robust ABS and PVC construction, a ceramic impeller shaft, and IPX4 water resistance support reliable everyday operation.
