The set contains 200 staples in total – 50 each of types RS18, RS28, RS46 and RS38. The different shapes make it easier to repair straight cracks, more complex damage, and inner and outer corners.
The heated metal staple is embedded across the crack line, reinforcing the repaired area. The pistol-style design with an operating trigger supports comfortable and controlled work.
In addition to the welder and staples, you also receive a snap-off knife, cutting pliers and a practical case for organized storage and carrying of the equipment.

The pistol-style construction enables comfortable holding and precise placement of heated staples across the crack. Once the plastic has cooled, the staple mechanically reinforces the repaired area and helps stabilize the joint.
You can use the device, for example, to repair compatible plastic automotive parts such as bumpers, body panels, covers or housing components. The built-in work-surface LED lighting also improves visibility in poorly lit areas. Before repairing, always check whether the specific plastic is suitable for heat repair using staples.
Insert the appropriate staple type into the holder, start heating and carefully embed it into the plastic. After cooling, the protruding parts of the staple can be removed using the included pliers. Exercise extra caution during work, as the working parts reach high temperatures.
