Marked foot zones help vary the perception of vibrations during exercise.
Multidirectional vibrations with a frequency of 7–13 Hz and an amplitude of 0.8 mm provide additional stimulation during exercises targeting, for example, the legs, calves, thighs, buttocks, abdomen and stabilizing muscles. The attached resistance bands expand the exercise options to include arm, shoulder and back training. The plate can be used while standing, during squats, with resistance band exercises and in gentler, lower-intensity training sessions.
For comfortable use, the plate is equipped with Bluetooth, an integrated speaker and a remote control for changing the speed or program without interrupting your workout. Its compact dimensions make it easy to store at home, while the load capacity of up to 150 kg provides a wide range of use.
