Universal aircraft electronic speed controller (ESC) of the Fly series from Flycolor is intended for airplane and helicopter models. It offers motor operation programming, timing settings and advanced throttle curve control, making it suitable for aerobatic aircraft, gliders and fast pylon specials. It also includes protection against overload, overheating and signal loss and Li-Pol cell protection against over-discharge.
Flycolor Fly series controllers are designed as reliable current controllers for electric power systems in airplane and helicopter models. Thanks to a fast processor, they support special operating modes, for example maintaining constant speed, and allow detailed throttle curve adjustment for smoother motor performance.
A major advantage is the ability to update the firmware during use (after the manufacturer releases a new version). The controller is also equipped with a range of safety features – it protects against overcurrent, overheating and signal loss and helps protect sensitive lithium cells by preventing them from discharging below a preset limit.
Function settings can be performed:
- using the throttle stick on the transmitter
- using a special dedicated programming card
