ANCEL JC200 is a compact device for diagnostics, testing, and cleaning of motorcycle fuel injectors. It supports MPI Top-Feed injectors for 6 V and 12 V, offers a uniformity test, leak test, volume measurement, and atomization observation thanks to backlighting. Power from a 12 V DC car battery and simulation of engine operating conditions make it a practical tool for the workshop as well as field work.
Atomization and injection uniformity check
The uniformity test and atomization observation function with backlighting allow you to quickly assess fuel spray quality and identify problematic injectors without time-consuming fault tracing.
Leak test and injection volume measurement
JC200 supports a leak test under operating pressure and at the same time injection volume control, so you can easily verify whether the injector delivers the correct amount of fuel under the selected conditions.
Stable pressure and mobile 12 V power
Compressed air helps maintain a constant pressure of 1.2–1.5 bar for repeatable measurements. Power from a 12 V DC car battery (2 A) increases portability and flexibility for use in the workshop and outside it.
The ANCEL JC200 device is designed for accurate verification of the condition of motorcycle fuel injectors. Microprocessor technology simulates various engine operating conditions, so you can easily detect injection irregularities, leaks, or reduced fuel spray quality. Thanks to clear controls and a digital display, you get fast results without unnecessary delays.
For stable and repeatable tests, the instrument uses compressed air to push the test fluid through the system and maintains a constant operating pressure of 1.2–1.5 bar. A visual fluid level indicator makes monitoring during operation easier, and the test fluid can be recycled.
