ANCEL ANJ600 is a professional device for cleaning and testing fuel injectors with a digital display, microprocessor-controlled pressure and a separate ultrasonic cleaner. It enables precise spray, leak and flow tests, simulates engine operation up to 9,900 rpm, and supports both solenoid (EFI/GDI) and piezoelectric injectors for comprehensive diagnostics in an auto workshop.
Ultrasonic cleaning for thorough removal of deposits
Ultrasonic waves create a cavitation effect that helps remove carbon deposits and impurities from the inside and surface of injectors – including recesses, pores, and complex shapes. A separately operating ultrasonic unit increases cleaning comfort and efficiency.
Accurate spray, leak, and flow tests
The device allows you to compare the performance of individual injectors using a uniformity/atomization test with backlighting, verify needle valve leaks during a pressure test, and check the amount of fuel delivered in a flow test during a 15-second cycle.
Wide compatibility including piezo and low-resistance injectors
ANCEL ANJ600 supports solenoid injectors (EFI, GDI, etc.) as well as piezoelectric injectors. A special base board enables long-term testing even for low-resistance models (including 1 Ω), and a backflush function is included to remove impurities from inside the injector and filter.
The Ancel ANJ600 combines injector diagnostics and maintenance in one workstation. Thanks to adjustable pressure 0–8 bar, simulation of various engine operating modes, and measuring cylinders for comparing results, you can quickly identify uneven dosing, leaks, and deteriorated atomization. Integrated backlighting makes it easier to check spray quality.
Ultrasonic cleaning uses the cavitation effect to effectively remove carbon and contaminants even from hard-to-reach areas. A separate external ultrasonic unit improves operating comfort and helps even with heavily contaminated injectors. Operational safety is supported by an automatic pressure reduction function in the event of a power failure and convenient automatic draining via the “Drain” button.
