The integrated ultrasonic cleaner (38–39 kHz) helps effectively remove carbon and impurities from injector surfaces, including bends and hard-to-reach areas. The result is better function and more stable injector performance.
The device enables a uniformity/atomization test (spray with the possibility of visual inspection), a flow test, and a pressure leakage test. You can easily compare individual injectors and quickly detect clogging, wear, or leaks.
Microcomputer-controlled settings allow simulation of various engine modes in the range of 100–9,900 rpm and adjustment of operating parameters including pressure up to 8 bar. Automatic pressure relief in the event of a sudden power failure is included for higher safety.
ANCEL ANJ400 combines an ultrasonic bath with a precise injector test bench. Thanks to digital control you can set key parameters (e.g., pressure, pulse width, and engine simulation modes) and clearly monitor test results in real time.
