This bread knife from the Böker Manufaktur Forge Wood series is designed for comfortable and precise slicing even of baked goods with a firm crust. The serrated blade can handle hard surfaces while also helping to maintain a clean cut without unnecessary crushing of the crumb.
The blade is made of stainless chromium-molybdenum-vanadium steel X50CrMoV15 and runs through the entire knife (full-tang), which contributes to strength and balance. The maple wood handle is complemented by three stainless rivets.
