The HMS Premium AKM04 acupressure set (mat, pillow and bag) is a practical aid for relieving muscle tension, supporting skin blood circulation and relaxation. Regular use can help with back and head pain and at the same time supports the release of endorphins.
The set includes a massage mat, pillow and a bag for convenient storage and carrying. The acupressure points are formed by plastic spikes placed on specially shaped rosettes – a total of 15 444 massage points ensure optimal pressure when lying on it.
The set can be used in several ways depending on which part of the body you want to massage:
