HTVRONT A300 Auto Light Blue Automatic Cap Heat Press

The HTVRONT A300 Auto automatic cap press is designed to make the production of personalized baseball caps and other types of hats as easy as possible. Once started, it operates automatically—the heating plate lowers and rises on its own—so you can focus on preparing the next piece and speed up the entire workflow. Its compact design makes it easy to carry and store.

The machine applies maximum pressure of ≥ 80 kg, helping ensure an even and professional transfer of the design. The touchscreen display offers two modes for quick startup (A for heat transfer films, B for embroidered patches) and also allows manual parameter adjustment according to the selected technique and material.

Compatibility and use:

• DTF films, heat transfer films including Puff type
• Sublimation paper
• Embroidered patches, Hotfix rhinestones, canvas materials, and other decorative elements

The package includes 2 replaceable molds (a larger pre-installed one and a smaller additional one). They can be replaced quickly, allowing you to easily adapt the press to the current type of cap and project.
