The FNIRSI WHD-02 wood moisture meter is designed for quick material checks during carpentry work, wood storage, and inspection of building components. The pin probes help achieve stable results, and the instant readout makes it easy to spot risks such as warping, cracking, or mold growth.
The device offers 7 measurement modes with different ranges (up to 55%) and clear value display on a 2" color screen. In addition to the current material moisture, you can also see temperature, ambient relative humidity, and battery status. There is also a graph mode updated every ~0.5 s for convenient real-time monitoring of changes, plus a choice of light/dark theme.
For checking limit values, you can set thresholds and use the triple alarm (audible, visual, vibration). The instrument stores up to 30 alarm records for later review and supports software updates via USB‑C. Practical features also include data hold, brightness and volume settings, date/time, sleep mode, and auto power-off.
