With the HMS PWL8325 you can effectively train your back, chest, biceps, triceps, and abs. The design integrates a height-adjustable pull-up bar, dip handles with armrests for leg raises, lower supports for deep push-ups, and an adjustable bench for incline and flat dumbbell exercises. It also includes an integrated barbell holder for bench press and a 120 cm bar.
The upper and lower pulleys use two pairs of rubber bands with carabiners, whose resistance can be combined and tensioned through eyelets in the frame. All handles have a non-slip surface for a secure grip and stability during demanding sets. The bar can be adjusted up to a height of 232 cm, and the bench folds easily for space saving.
