This mechanical WC mortise lock is designed for convenient control via a 6 mm bottom follower using a WC turn knob. Thanks to the split latch, you can easily switch the lock from right-hand to left-hand by simply loosening a screw and rotating the latch 180°. The lock has no gear transmission – the latch cannot be operated by the bottom follower, ensuring clear and safe use.
Holes in the side plates with an 8 mm diameter allow the use of two-piece (rose) hardware. Compact dimensions with 72 mm centres and a 40 mm backset are suitable for most standard interior doors. The lock is not intended for fire-resistant assemblies.
