Replacement plate insulation for DAKON DOR 20/24, DAKON DOR F 20/24 and 4F18 boilers is installed under the rear cast-iron boiler plate. It provides burn-through protection, improved heat transfer and maintains thermal efficiency, while being securely held in sheet-metal carriers.
This plate insulation is designed for the rear section of the boiler, where it protects the cast-iron plate from overheating and burn-through. Thanks to high-quality insulation, heat transfer and accumulation inside the boiler are more efficient, which contributes to higher efficiency and longer service life.
Installation is simple – the insulation is inserted into the sheet-metal holders (carriers) and is firmly fixed in place. The product is compatible with popular DAKON boiler models, ensuring a seamless replacement of the original part.
