Universal basic welding electrodes EB 121 with a diameter of 3.2 mm and a length of 450 mm in a value pack of 124 pcs for reliable joints in highly stressed structures. Suitable for steels with strength of approx. 480 MPa (e.g., P235/S235 up to P420/S420). Support all welding positions except vertical down and provide a stable arc, low hydrogen content, and high-quality, crack-free welds.
EB 121 are basic-coated electrodes designed for professional and industrial use. They excel in reliability when welding piping for power equipment, transport vehicles, pressure vessels, as well as marine and building structures made of unalloyed and low-alloy steels with a tensile strength around 480 MPa.
Thanks to the basic coating, the electrodes achieve low diffusible hydrogen content, helping reduce the risk of cold cracking and ensuring tough, high-quality welds. They are suitable for all welding positions except vertical down and provide a stable arc and easy slag removal.
