Universal basic-coated welding electrodes ER 117 with a diameter of 3.2 mm and a length of 350 mm for reliable welding of steels with strength around 480 MPa. Suitable for power plant piping, pressure vessels, shipbuilding and construction structures, and transport equipment. The basic-coated ER 117 electrodes provide a stable arc, quality penetration, and a tough weld without unwanted inclusions. They are ideal for structural steels grades P235/S235 up to P420/S420 and other materials with strength around 480 MPa, where high weld reliability and durability are required.
Thanks to their universal use and easy ignition, they are suitable for workshops, industrial operations, and on-site assembly. They allow welding in all positions except vertical down, covering most common applications in maintenance and production.
