The traditionally crafted Santoku kitchen knife from the BÖKER MANUFAKTUR SOLINGEN Cottage-Craft line is a versatile helper for slicing meat, fish, and vegetables. It features a wider Japanese-style blade made of stainless carbon steel C75 with a plain edge that quickly develops a protective blue-grey patina. The ergonomic handle made of plum wood with brass rivets ensures an excellent grip and durability.

The Santoku knife from the Cottage-Craft collection is designed for precise, comfortable everyday use in the kitchen. The wider Japanese-style blade with a thin tip provides control and confidence for chopping, slicing, and dicing. C75 carbon steel is known for excellent sharpness and easy resharpening; during use it develops a characteristic blue-grey patina that naturally protects the blade.

The plum wood handle gives the knife a unique look; it is hard, stable, and pleasant in the hand. Brass rivets firmly secure the scales and underscore the classic artisanal character of a knife made in Solingen.
