How to mold the mouthguard correctly:

Place the mouthguard in boiling water for approximately 60 seconds.
Then cool it in cold water for 1 second.
Press it onto the upper teeth, bite down firmly, and wait for the material to adhere.

If the mouthguard does not stay on the teeth by itself after molding, repeat the process. Proper molding ensures greater comfort, stability, and protection during training and competition.
