The leg hold-downs with comfortable EVA rollers can be adjusted to 4 levels for a perfect fit to your body.
The bench is primarily intended for intense abdominal training, but thanks to its 250 kg load capacity you can also use it for barbell exercises—simply remove the hold-down module and set it to a flat position. Durable padding with double stitching and an additionally reinforced backrest increases comfort and service life. Rubber end caps on the stabilizers protect the floor and improve grip.
