The Ray5 mini arrives assembled, so you can start right away. A 0.04 × 0.04 mm laser spot and 450 nm wavelength ensure sharp lines, legible text, and fine ornaments even at small scales. The 130 × 140 mm work area is ideal for keychains, tags, decorations, or prototypes.
Speed, versatility, and convenience
The head moves up to 12,000 mm/min, taking you from idea to finished piece in no time. The 3.5 W FAC diode laser engraves and cuts thinner materials (up to about 12 mm depending on type and density). Control is easy via USB/Wi‑Fi and from PC or phone—and even offline after uploading a file. Support for LaserGRBL and LightBurn, formats JPG, PNG, BMP, DXF, and systems Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS ensures maximum flexibility.
Safety and mobility
An emergency stop button, X/Y limit switches, and an acrylic laser shield enhance safety. Protective goggles are included, and the device meets CE, FCC, FDA, and RoHS standards. Thanks to compact dimensions of 286 × 292 × 165 mm, a weight of 1.47 kg, and a sturdy aluminum frame, it’s easy to carry and store.
