The AXAGON desktop reader is ideal for working with electronic ID cards and other contact smart cards. The reversible USB‑C connection makes it easy to use with laptops, PCs, and mobile devices. The reader uses the CCID standard and is ready to work immediately after connection.
Broad compatibility includes ISO 7816, EMV 4.1, T=0/T=1 protocols, and selected I2C cards. The 1.2 m cable, compact design, and anti‑slip pads ensure stability on the desk and comfortable everyday use.
