The Acar R8 Power is an enhanced surge-protected extension strip for home and office. With a body length of approximately 44.4 cm, it provides eight grounded 16 A/250 V sockets and can power energy-demanding appliances. The reinforced two-pole switch withstands high inrush currents typical for PCs and power adapters.
The integrated surge protection circuit safeguards all power lines and diverts spike energy to ground via the PE conductor. A status LED indicates protection health. For convenient installation, there is 4-way cable routing on the underside and mounting brackets for fastening to flat surfaces.
