FIDO U2F certification and FIDO2 WebAuthn compatibility provide expanded authentication options, including strong single-finger (passwordless), two-finger, multi-finger, and Tap-and-Go support in major browsers (for services using the older FIDO U2F standard, Tap-and-Go lets the user simply touch a finger to the VeriMark Desktop fingerprint key to activate the security token instead of biometric authentication).
