High-performance SickleFlow 120 Edge fan
The patented 120 mm SickleFlow 120 Edge fan provides strong airflow of up to 120 m³/h. PWM control allows the speed to be adjusted to the current processor load within a range of 690 to 2,500 RPM.
Efficient heat dissipation with four heat pipes
Four heat pipes in direct contact with the processor transfer heat to the aluminium fin stack. The fan then drives air through the dense heatsink, supporting stable system operation.
CryoFuze paste for stable temperatures
The package includes CryoFuze thermal paste with nanoparticle technology, supporting efficient heat transfer between the processor and the cooler.
