The Concept SO3010 food dehydrator comes with 9 drying trays and features an innovative design. The motor is placed in the lid, protecting it from damage during drying that could be caused by dripping juices or crumbs from dried foods.

Even drying
During operation, hot air flows through the vents of each tray from top to bottom and is distributed throughout the dehydrator by a fan. This ensures the SO3010 achieves uniform drying on all levels.
