The planetary rotation system guarantees even and thorough mixing of all ingredients. Smooth, electronically controlled speed regulation of 55–160 rpm allows precise control of mixing and maintains a constant speed regardless of motor load. Lower speeds in the 55–100 rpm range are ideal for kneading dough, while the top speed of 160 rpm is for whisking.
The set includes a large 5-liter stainless steel bowl that allows you to prepare a large batch of dough at once or whip a large number of eggs. The stainless steel bowl and whisk are dishwasher safe. The dough hook and beater are made of aluminum.
