The compact AXAGON copper heatsink with fan for M.2 2280 SSDs provides efficient active cooling even for fast NVMe drives. Thanks to PWM speed control and a 4-pin connection to the motherboard, it automatically adjusts performance to temperature, thereby reducing noise and saving energy. The metal construction cools from both sides and can lower temperatures by up to 30 °C, preventing thermal throttling and extending SSD lifespan.
The active cooler for M.2 2280 SSDs combines a finned copper core and an aluminum cover with a quiet PWM-controlled fan. Connection to a standard 4-pin header allows automatic temperature-based regulation. Thanks to the metal frame, it dissipates heat from both sides of the drive, maximizing cooling performance for NVMe and SATA (AHCI) modules.
The package includes thermal pads for single- and double-sided SSDs, mounting hardware, and a screwdriver. Compact dimensions make installation easy even in cramped cases and on motherboards with integrated M.2 (NGFF) slots.
