The Shelly BLU smart sensor reliably detects door/window open/close, measures the opening angle, and monitors light intensity. With Bluetooth 4.2 it communicates wirelessly up to 30 m, is powered by a CR2032 battery lasting up to 5 years, and its compact size makes it ideal for homes and businesses.
Shelly BLU is a discreet yet powerful helper for a safer, more convenient smart home. It tracks door and window status in real time, measures the opening angle, and uses an integrated light sensor to detect changes in illumination. Installation is quick and tidy, power from a single CR2032 battery lasts up to 5 years, and Bluetooth wireless communication enables cable-free deployment.
The device offers 2 operating modes. In normal mode it sends status, light, and battery data with every open or close and continuously monitors tilt. In Beacon mode it broadcasts information periodically every 30 seconds. The connection is secured with AES encryption (CCM), and you can configure settings and automations in the Shelly Smart Control app.
